Job Title: Sales Representative – Basement Remodeling & Restoration

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through our remodeling and restoration processes, and closing sales to help them achieve their vision. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about home improvement, has a strong background in sales, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients interested in basement remodeling and restoration.
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide clients with detailed information on our services, process, and pricing.
  • Develop and present customized proposals, including estimates and timelines.
  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in remodeling, construction, or home improvement industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for site visits and client meetings).
