Job Title: Carpenter – Basement Remodeling & Restoration

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. This role involves working on various basement remodeling and restoration projects, including framing, drywall, trim work, and custom carpentry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and has a strong background in residential construction with a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of carpentry work required for basement remodeling, including framing, drywall installation, trim work, and custom cabinetry.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and detailed instructions to meet project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and adherence to design requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets our standards and client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address questions or resolve issues on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction or remodeling, preferably with experience in basement remodeling.
• Strong proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
