- Installed along the perimeter of the basement foundation, this system efficiently captures groundwater before it can enter the basement and reach the floor. It directs any water into our sump pump system, which collects and discharges any water out of the basement and away from the foundation of the home.
- Westinghouse Sump Pump System with Battery Backup System
- Our Westinghouse sump pump automatically collects and removes any water that enters our Guardian Drain Channel system and removes it from the basement and away from the homes foundation. The sump pump comes with a primary pump that handles routine water removal, while the battery backup ensures continuous operation during power outages-critical for preventing basement flooding during bad rainstorms.
- AprilAire Dehumidifier
- To maintain a healthy living space, we installed our AprilAire dehumidifier to control the humidity level in this basement and to prevent future mold and mildew growth, creating a comfortable environment year-round.
Our Installation Process
On the day of installation our highly trained production crew showed up and started the installation of our waterproofing system. They started by excavated a trench around the interior perimeter of the basement so they could install our Guardian Drain Channel and connected it to our Westinghouse Sump Pump system. Our team then installed our sump pump pumps inside the sump pump liner and tested the float switches, and ensures the battery backup system was setup and operating correctly. Finally they installed our AprilAire dehumidifier and programmed it at a level that will prevent mold or mildew growth in the basement.
